This gourd is a composite of pine needle weaving, sections wrapped with waxed Irish linen, and Heishi beads. The turquoise color of the Irish linen is mirrored in the body of the gourd due to the natural mottling of the gourd. While each gourd is a unique piece of art, something similar can be ordered.

The zodiac figures of the tiger and dragon are chasing each other around this gourd. The figures are wood-burned into the gourd, and the background is finished with guilders paste. The symbols on the bottom of the gourd stand for happiness and longevity. This gourd was made to order for a couple's anniversary.
